[[Effort is a big part of the Friz's grade, so some may be higher than you expected. If they need tweaking for whatever reason, let me know.]]

I feel like shite. Class will be posted when I no longer feel like shite.

So possibly next week.

The water didn't particularly bother a woman with a magic bus. She surfed up to the window of her lab and hopped inside, singing the Beach Boys cheerfully to herself as she stripped off her wet suit to reveal a dress with a pattern of waves and starfishes that floofed out appropriately.

[[Open!]]

The Friz was humming happily to herself as she set the lab to rights, evidence of her spring break trip to the Dominican in the long beeded braids that swung and clicked and had Liz curled up under the fumehood covering her ears.

[[Around for a bit now and all evening. Mentory people can catch me on AIM or drop me an email because yeah, we still haven't done that.]]

"I'm ba~ack!" a tanned and sarong-wearing Frizzle announced and as she bounced and pirouetted her way into the house, beads clacking at the ends of her myraids of braids.

[[Housemates?]]

The Friz guided the bus through town towards the causeway, idling for a minute at the end of it. "Everyone take your seats, please! Ready? Hit it Liz!"

The bus jumped. The bus twisted. The bus blasted off and headed for the stars.

[[Please wait for OCD! Blast off!]]

The Friz munched happily on some cookies as she kicked back at her desk.

She may, in fact, be the only adult not completely embarrassed by her behaviour over the weekend.

Kissing Chad may have been a mistake. But the rest was a blast!

[[Lab is open!]]

Today's experiments began in the kitchen, if the state of destruction is any evidence. There is now a little curly red-headed stepchild girl "sitting" in front of the television (PBS educational programming, actually) with a mixing bowl of every kind of sugary cereal possible and chocolate milk. And by "sitting", of course, she was actually turning cartwheels, standing on her head, jumping off the back of the couch, and playing with the weetiny lizard who was following her around.

[[Open for housemates leik woah.]]

"Oh I'll take the high road and you'll take the low road, and I'll be in Scotland before you!"

Ms Frizzle was singing cheerfully as she cleaned the lab of the aftermath of the balloon car construction, perched on tiptoes on top of a counter as she dusted on top of cabinets. Liz was sweeping.

"For me and my true love will never meet again, on the bonny bonny banks of Loch Lomond!"

A new semester made Ms Frizzle excited. An excited Ms Frizzle didn't really seem much different from a normal Ms Frizzle. She was just bouncing a little higher this time.

Lab is open.

[[Mainly for Hikaru, as I'm a dork and forgot to post Friday.]]

The Friz was making coffee and a bagel. Thus, she was wearing pyjamas in a coffee-cups-and-bagels print and big fluffy slippers and flitting about the kitchen cheerfully singing to herself.

"First day of cla~asses, science is fu~un -"

There's also a lizard working the coffee maker.

[[Housemates? Not morning people? Wonderful!]]

Ms Frizzle was very pleased about the results of the science fair and was busily working on the final exam when a book on gravity flew off the shelf and bonked her on the back of the head. "How apple-ingly ironic!" she chuckled, and Liz rolled her eyes at the bad pun on 'appealingly'.

Then another book flew off the shelf, with another bad pun.

Visitors to the Friz's lab with find her with a backcatcher's helmet and a baseball bat, fending off books and gleefully punning to herself.

Ms Frizzle was happily preparing for the science fair on Thursday and munching on some leftover cake from the last class. She had gotten a heatlamp for Liz, who was feeling sleepier and sleepier these days. Liz was happily stretched out on an iguana-sized lounge chair with a coconut umbrella something beside her.

[[For students who need lab time, I have a History of the Scottish Gael final tomorrow so slowplay is love.]]

Ms Frizzle wasn't actually in the lab per se. Ms Frizzle was just outside the lab, singing Christmas carols to herself and making snowmen. Liz was asleep on the windowsill. The cold just slowed her right down.

Ms Frizzle was armed with rubber gloves (bright pink and lined with fur at the top, of course) and all manner of cleaning supplies. She had, after all, been away for a while. Today was not the day to get messy.

[[Lab is open!]]

Ms Frizzle was doing the Hydrocarbon Hop.

You know, the one that involves a disco ball and the lyrics "Up, down, up, up!" with appropriate hand gestures.

Yes, that one.

Don't pretend you've never seen it before.

Liz is asleep on a stack of textbooks. Ms Frizzle is nowhere to be seen.

[[Massive midterm tomorrow = scarce me. Leave a message with the lizard.]]

Ms Frizzle was putting the final touches on her model of the solar system in anticipation of tomorrow's class. She was having a little trouble near the end, though. Pluto, Xena, and Crithne were giving her problems.

Ms Frizzle actually looks . . . relatively normal at the moment. Given that 'relative' is a relative term, dressed as she was in one of her usual dresses. This one did have a little more flounce to it, and was adorned with a single poodle, but she seemed to have forgone the cardigan.

She bounced into her office, froze, and then spun with her arms outflung. "Wonderful! I love it!"
